Friendly and helpful volunteers are needed to greet community members, answer and direct telephone calls and assist with a variety of office tasks. Front desk volunteers are the first point of contact for our clients and set the tone for the client's experience.
Onboarding and Training Requirements:
- Volunteer Orientation (2 hours)
- Background Screening
- HIPPA/Internet Security Training (2 hours)
- Position-specific training
Time Commitment:
Volunteers are asked to commit to 1 shift weekly, 3-4 hours, for a minimum of 6 months.
